一些人生要尋找的人和事
張敬軒有首歌叫《找對的人》。讀書、考試，要持續十多年的堅持。面對沮喪、挫敗、迷失、壓力，我們視為正常，但有多少學生真正明白壓力和汗水是成功的印記？心理質素是成功關鍵，當你享受考試，再找對的人，便是成功的起步點。
1. 找一些你想回報的人
當我迷失時，我會提醒自己，努力工作、努力進步，通常不是為自己，往往是給家人、身邊的人，甚至我的團隊更穩定、更理想的生活，也是對我的上司和恩師一直對我如此栽培的回報。
2. 找一班戰友
讀書環境是十分重要，但不比一班可以與你並肩作戰的朋友。互相鞭刷、互相提點、互相支持、互相學習、互相啟發、互相推動，你想入大學，必須找一班有同一志向的朋友，溫習會事半功倍。
3. 找一個假想敵
在不同階段，我都有一個假想敵。不是身邊所有人都可以是你的假想敵，要找一個你可從他身上學會進步、有正能量、值得尊重的對手。你要承應對方比你某些方面優勝，要承應自己的不足。每當有一個清晰的假想敵，這種勇氣、謙卑，會推動自己進步得很快。
4. 找一個看不起你的人
一生之中，有人會支持你，也總有一些人會看不起你、對你不信任、批評你、對你冷言冷語。這些人對我是一個很大的動力，他們具建設性的批評必須要聆聽，再檢討和改善，但也要堅持自己的信念，用你的成績和成就令看不起你的人對你另眼相看。
5. 找一些興趣
一個人不能每天24小時讀書，我指的不是因為你會累，而是你會缺乏深度和眼界。透過運動你會學會堅持和策略，透過攝影你會學會欣賞和觀察力，花時間去旅行，作文時你會更有洞察力。
6. 找一個理想
沒有理想，你根本不會有動力奮發。但有理想還不夠，找一些你理想的模範、代表人物，讓自己學習，讓自己知道自己的不足。我中學時已經立定志向，要教書，要當一個補習老師，我的學習對象早在中學和大學時代已找到了，而且持續追求進步的結果。
7. 找一個好的心態
現在的人缺乏自信、承擔、耐性和謙卑，最重要的是沒有火。給自己信心的同時，也不要太自大。堅持自己做的東西未夠完美，不能得過且過。同時，不要輕易放棄，這個世界沒有失敗，只有未成功。
8. 找一句座右銘
想一句可以激勵自己堅持為夢想而努力的座右銘。看看以下的會否打動你？

■ 世上沒有「失敗」二字，只有「未成功」，繼續為夢想而奮鬥。

■ Before you quit, remember why you started.
■ If you can dream it, you can do it.
